A difficult sloping site underwent a programme of structural reinforcement to allow it to become a productive space.  Careful planning was necessary in order to access and work on the site, with stunning results.

This penthouse flat was stripped back to the shell and completely re-modelled with entirely new internal wall configuration, new wiring and plumbing throughout, bespoke kitchen and new bathrooms.

Through careful sourcing and close collaboration the project came in under budget.

A complicated steel package was installed to realise an open plan living space and reinvigorate this large village house.

This project sought to bring three rooms together to form a large master suite incorporating an open plan bedroom, bathroom and dressing area. The suite straddled the original, centuries old building, and a more recent extension and so necessitated a structural package to enable the removal of the walls.

The ceiling height was raised and original joists re-instated and the floor strengthened to facilitate a statement bathroom/shower.

Small partition walls were introduced to give the space definition and the original chimney breast exposed to make a focal point in the dressing room.
